Not easily.

For the PS3 Div I keep an eye on the Recruits, if they don't contribute, they don't advance, which is why they tend to outnumber all the other ranks. I assume Rabbit does the same with the 360 Div. I'm actually going to start knocking people off who've been given more than a chance, then go with "You have one month to prove your worthwhile otherwise you'll be removed" from then on. I think a month is more than reasonable.

I think a month is more than resonable! If they can't get their act together to come on once/twice a month a contribute then they don't deserve to be in the clan!

Yeah, I only promote recruits if they play with us online. And I was thinking also of kicking people after some time.
