If you're unable to find your profile for vista, check the appdata.

"C:\Users\username\Appdata\Local\Virtualstore\program files/Activision" and copy the Players folder from there, and place it in the new location"

the pc sucks
Might want to post some reasoning behind your claim...

PC has better controls, and can run the game better depending on the PC, not to mention all the stuff you can do on a PC than a console...then you have the in-game console (on the PC) that lets you alter settings on PC you couldn't on a console, being able to moderate your servers and mods too...

PCs pretty good, actually.

Ya, i really wanted it on PC, so i got it on pc, then my graphics card was crappy, and i didn't have money for it, so i just returned it, and bought the ps3 version, now im seeing cool zombie mods, and awsome glitches that i want to play with, the only pc game i have is BF1942 and BF Vietnam...

I back my profile up after every time I play, I just whack in a memory stick and copy the profile file onto that.
Another little tip is to create a shortcut directly to your profile on your desktop, that way it takes you one click to get to it then just drag it onto your memory stick, easy!

Once I get CoD4 on PC, and a new PC of course, I will make sure to back it up.
Had n idea that it was saved on your own PC.
