I don't think that it would be difficult for them to get rid of that one guys score... Its stored in a database, and unless they stored the scores in a retarded manner, they should be able to delete individual scores, or write a small update to the servers to not display certain players scores. It wouldn't be overly difficult to do... unless like I said, they stored the information in a retarded manner.
