Whats better G3 or M14

well this is a question i ask myself everyday
the m14 takes 2 shots to the chest with stopping power to kill
and the G3 takes about 3 or maybe 4
i know that the m14 has a lot of recoil and both are great for sniping across the map
so my question is which one do you like better and why thanks

G3.

Better iron sights (I use silencer a lot on it, especially in an overkill class with a silenced MP5) and less recoil.

The M14 has more power, but it takes longer to aim and harder to land on target, so by the time I get two or three shots in I could have landed 5 or 6 with the G3.

At least, that's what I find, I've been killed by plenty of people who use it a hell of a lot better than I do!!

Both of these weapons have killer sounds ... very different. The M14 is easier to get headshots with (one to the chest ... next shot in the head, lol ... pretty easy to get red camo). The G3 is very accurate, and has a "lighter" feel (and it seems like it's taking me longer to get red camo because you have to aim more carefully). I love playing with both because they are so different – and fun to use.

G3 is better for hardcore, but on normal it is just whichever you prefer. I would personally say AK47, but that's not on there.. So M14 I think lol .

M14 is OHK to the head and neck with SP
M14 is OHK on hardcore no matter what.(unless the other person has juggern00b but im not sure)
ok/shitty iron sights
with SP no matter what its always a 2 shot kill

G3 is more forgiving
G3 has laggy knife
less damgaing
less recoil
awesome iron sights.

I would say M14 is better because its more pro. If you had a pro G3 player vs a pro M14 player i would say M14 would win. However if you had a shitty g3 player vs a shitty M14 player G3 would win because of its lesser recoil. (this is assuming that both players had SP). I know im being a bit biased but the M14 is a great and fun weapon if you know how to use it. I use the M14 for my fav class because it incorporates everything i like in cod4.

My class:
M14 with red dot sight red tigered.
1911(love the gun)
Stun (more versatile in my opinion)
C4(LOVE C4)
Stopping Power (LOVE Headshots...maybe its the sound of them or my css skillz)
Extreme conditioning (LOVE knifing...not that good but its so fun.)

I personally prefer the G3. I just do better with it every time. I'm horrible with the M14 for some reason.
