That's right, I'm having a No-scoping contest! It starts on September 1st 08, and ends on December 1st.

Rules:
1: No weapons other than a sniper
2: Bolt-actions only, unless told otherwise.
3: Entrants may hold special events, but I must give permission first.
4: If you annoy other entrants, you may be kicked from the table, and the other entrant will battle another, rule-obeying NSPer. (NSPer-No-scoper)
5: No steady aim or ACOG, unless told otherwise.

Those are the rules.

Gameplay:
1: TDM-You and an opponent. FFA-Multiple opponents. S&D-No planting, first death will be fatal for you. Sometimes, team play. FFA + my clan tag is [1=x]-No respawning, multiple opponents.
2: If I say team games, try not to miss. FF wil be ON!
3: I will spectate to make sure rules are kept.

Those are the gameplay warnings.

Penalties

1 rule broken-Warning.
2 rules broken-Your opponent(s) may scope you once without you firing back. If you break this by shooting or moving, see 4 rules broken.
3 rules broken-The match will not count to your contest ranking.
4 rules broken-I will come to attack you, in combination to your actual opponent(TDM only. If FFA, you will sit out the game)
5 rules broken/ Scope used w/o permission: Kicked from contest.
Be warned: I will keep track of how many rules you broke throughout the contest.

ok ok i dont know a lot of no-scope strategys and that things...
lets say :

when you have your sniper, the hip-fire is at medium range, when you run is a big range, and when you start to aim(not completely [mispelled =/?] ), it decrease into a smallest hip-fire...



maybe i need some screenshots...
