It's actually ATC.
Stands for advanced tactical classes.

i'll join for "spanish" classes, i can understand some english, so i can teach spanish players...

I'd like to sit in on one of your classes, see what you know. I can offer advice where I see it, but I am not sure there is much out there left to teach. But you never know...

BTW: you probably should have tried people out as leaders before you denied entrance to others, because now if you dont like the leaders you have you have already burned the bridges to new ones. just some advice for the future.
