I cant decide i love them both lol
M40A3 has higher accuracy
R700 has higher power and its camos look better

PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE LOL

m40, still a 1hko with more accuracy, and 1 more round. The r700 is good to no-scope with though. Personally I'd use the .50 cal.

Both the M40 and R700 are identical in terms of power and accuracy (IMO), but i would rather use the M40 because it has more ammo (more ammo = more kills = less pistol whipping  Undecided)

M40 without a doubt is superior to the R700. These are the damage difference between M40 with an ACOG versus the R700 (Stats are shown without and with Stopping Power)
M40 values listed first and R700 damage second…
Head 112.5 SP(157.5) 105 SP(147.0)
Neck 112.5 SP(157.5) 105 SP(147.0)
Chest 82.5 SP(115.5) 105 SP(147.0)
Stomach 82.5 SP(115.5) 77 SP(107.Cool
Limbs 75.0 SP(105.0) 70 SP(98.0)
Players stock health is 100. Juggernaut players have 140 points health.

The M40 with Acog is the ONLY sniper weapon that will one shot kill to the limbs. (Assuming you're using Stopping Power and they don't have Juggernaut). The ONLY advantage the R700 has over the M40 relative to damage is shooting and killing Juggernubs in the chest.
 I NEVER use the R700. If I'm not using the M40, then I'm using the .50 Cal.

M40A3.  Not opinion.  Fact.  But I like the R700 more.  The M40 with stopping power is 99% a 1 hit kill.  R700, 70% 1 hit kill.  But the  Remington is definitely a very reliable rifle.  The M40 is the Sniper Rifle of the Marine Corps, so even without knowing that it is the best, but the M40 was based off the Remington, so it is also very good.

but if you are a good shot then you should drop your target in one shot and not have to worry about recoil because your target is dead.

yeah i agree with marine gunny. its not a good sniper for beginners but if you are a good shot then there is no better rifle. im not very good at sniping tho. i just cant get the knack of it.

  marine gunny are your sniper classes still running.??

yeah, ive got one coming up on the... 23 of August.  At 19.30 EST.  If you want to come you are welcome to do so, but you have to send US Marine 200 a FR. thats my second account.

yeah. the time difference should be about 05.00 hours.  your time for it would be 00.30 hours.  Assuming you go by GMT.
