Guitar Hero: World Tour

Now I don't know what your thoughts are on music and rhythm games on this forum, what with most game topics being on shoot 'em ups, but this game due for release in late October early November.

I myself can't wait for this one, I've owned and played all the other GH games and I still have GH3 on PS3 (If anyone wants to co-op or something, just say).

For those that don't know, this GH is Rock Bands kryptonite basically. It consists of a new guitar controller with a touch sensitive pad for sustain notes and altering the pitch of notes, A new drum kit with raised symbols and one extra pad making the total pads 5 (6 with the bass pedal). It also has a mic for you Steve Tylers out there 

It has an excellent set-list with most of the songs being their original master recordings such as:

Everlong - Foo Fighters
Hot for teacher - Van Halen
Purple Haze (live) - Jimi Hendrix
Crazy Train - Ozzy Osbourne
Hotel California - The Eagles
Trapped Under Ice - Metallica

And many more (about 90 songs altogether)

There will be lots of DLC for the game in the form of new songs such as the full new Metallica album 'Death Magnetic'
