ive heard that the two games are good but has me 1 played Rs vegas and how does it compare to cod

I didnt liked the gameplay of rbs
BUT if you are bored of cod4 you can play rbs

It depends. RSV2 has a really unbalanced sniper, but other than that it can be played like cod4 with ALOT of customization, which is really fun. Overall both kick ass, but Cod4 is still better, not by a huge margin but better.
