Perk 2: UAV Jammer or Stopping Power or Juggernaut
Perk 3: Dead Silence or Steady Aim or Extreme Conditioning
 Evil

but for my fave class, these are the perks:

1.  claymores  (to cover your back + kill after you are dead)
2.  uav (obvious)
3.  extreme conditioning (avoid tubes and frags)
