I've come to notice that most people don't play like a team. They play for themselves, and they blame everyone else if they lose. I try my best and play for the team, and I want to know what you consider more important - the bigger picture or the game you are playing?

i think you are right, however some people have the natural ability, so even though they are individuals they still do well together.

of course other times they just arent good enough and you get hammered despite your own efforts. it sucks when they happens, i have played a few games, being the best player by a mile and my team has lost cos some 'hero' went 5-27

I almost always play with the entire team/objective in mind, though I have noticed that a lot of players are more concerned with their killcount than anything else. Thats the nature of the beast I guess.

Depends. TDM I fight for myself (like any of my teammates EVER have my back covered) however if I see an ally in danger I will do my best to take out the tango before he gets them, even if it involves putting myself in danger.

Whereas with objective based games I'm all for the objective, usually I sniper and attempt to direct my team as I'm able  to survey the entire map much more easily, however they rarely listen.

I play for myself mostly, but I'd never let a teammate die because of something I could have prevented. Also, when I lose and I destroyed, and my team sucked, I don't blame them for my loss. For example, when I play headquarters I tend to concentrate on getting plenty of kills (I like to average 30+ per HQ game), but I won't blame my teammates for the loss. In fact, I sort of tend to be the one being blamed even though I did well.

Headquaters  is  a  game  with  an  objective.  if  you  play  like  the  objective  is  to  get  30+kills  then  it  is  no  surprise  your  team  is  losing.
often  in  hq's  the  winning  team  has  a  -ve  kdr.
if  you  are  playing  objective  based  games  to  boost  your  kdr,  then  you  are  screwing  your  team .  this  is  the  opposite  of  'doing  well'.

Well with C4C I play for the team, on my own I just kill and try to win but if your playing TDM if your killing your winning so problem solved.

when i play with friends i usually communicate alot and play for the win but it is a futile effort when you play with a bunch of strangers cuz they never listen to the info you are feeding to your team.
