The PSN is definitely lacking in the classics area, with only a handful of ps1 titles Cry

But the originals are great too, pixeljunk monsters, pixeljunk eden, super stardust hd and WipEout HD are excellent.

Im sorry but I think that some of us can agree that most of those PS3 games are terrible.

Then you'd be blind because they all recieved all around excellent reviews... which do you think are horrible?

Have you played all of them or are you going by reviews? All of the xbox games have excellent reviews too.

I've played all the ps3 games and own 90% of them. They are all very good. I have Gears of War and Mass Effect on pc. ME is a great game and Gears is short...
My point is that the PS3 does indeed have many good games and that year old argument isn't valid anymore Tongue

I'm still waiting for someone to bring actual facts to the table, not just "It's better" Grin

Well, I dont understand what the problem is with standard definition is, it looks fine to me. If quality is such a big issue to you then by all means...But its slow, with painful load times, and it cost both the corporation and the general public so much money, thats why the PS3 was so expensive when it came out.

Yeah thats why PS3 versions of every game load faster... where are you spewing this garbage from?
Oh and if you bought all the peripherals that add features to the 360 it's more money than the PS3. (Wireless add, hd drive, etc.)

The problem with "Standard Definition" is that it is no longer standard. With HD, SDTVs are now an obselete technology. The quality of presentation is so much better that it is like going from color with HD back to black and white with SD. Not only the picture but when you use an HDMI cable you get much better sound quality, I think we can all appreciate great sound on a war game like CoD.

xD nice. i agree. its all about perspective. i figured everything is perspective and personal opinion. my opinion is ps3 is better cause i like to watch hd movies and upscale my movies. i also like that i can use my full hd with it as well. but if you like good games suposedly (im not taking sides) you should get a xbox. idk i like my ps3 for movies. yay
