In kill cams and when im spectating people shoot their deagles and sometimes there is no recoil.

Because things like recoil and sway sometimes aren't shown in the kill cam.

Yup and when your spectating, although the AK-47's recoil is shown.

The killcam lags and the recoil is lost, the recoil on the deagle is shown sometimes though. Also you may notice often in the killcam the snipers crosshair isn't on you when they fire... but they get the kill.
