If you think about it there are quite a few gun rivalries in COD4. M4/G36c M14/G3 M40A3/R700 M21/Dragunov MP5/P90 Mini-uzi/Skorpion I just want to know which gun in each rivalry you think is best. If I missed any out just say. Do you reckon there will be any in COD5/WaW?  |

Personally I feel the Mini uzi rivals the P90 more considering statistically they are about the same whereas mini uzi and skorpion are not... same goes for MP5 and P90. Regardless; i've stricken through the inferior based on my opinion. |

well personally this is what I think G36c > M4 G3 > M14 M40A3 > R700 Dragunov > M21 MP5 > P90 Mini-Uzi > Skorpion But to be honest I like all of the guns |

Heh, instead of answering the question everyone is contesting his data. But I'm sure there will be, it's just a matter of what permutations of attributes the guns get. They've gotta be similar, and when they get a little too similar, that's when you get a "rivalry". But if you're all going to make claims like that, could ya just give some rationale so it can be a discussion instead of a "post your favorite" thread? |

SAW>RPD>M60
M40A3>Barrett>M21>Dragunov>R700
Personally believe that it doesn't matter. Each person has their fav out of each catagory. Just because I think that the SAW is better than the M60 doesn't mean that everyone thinks that.
And I believe that the only one that is in WaW is the MP44 which is MP40.

M4 > G36C - M4 just feels right.
M14 > G3 - M14 is awesome in hardcore but the G3 is way more favorable in regular matches. I just prefer the M14 because it's a challenge to use lol.
M40 > R700 - I think the .50 CAL rivals the M40 more than the R700 does, but the M40 gets my vote since the M40 is way more accurate.
M21 > Dragunov - I can NEVER use the Dragunov!
P90 > MP5 - I love the MP5, but the P90 is fun to use!
Mini Uzi > Skorpion - The Skorpion is awesome but the Mini Uzi looks better!

MP44 is the STG-44, not made by Mauchinsepistol. I thinkt one gun rivalry will be the Type 99 Jap LMG vs. the American BAR. The Thompson vs. Type 44 would be good two... |
