Sabotage syle of play

I was just wondering how you like to play in sabotage

Do you tend to get the bomb and are good at planting or do you perfer to back up the person with the bomb.

If you have the bomb do you just run as fast as you can to the place where you plant it or take your time

For me i tend to back up the person with the bomb. With my clan i play with (mostly on Team tactical) am am better at them at getting kills so i let them take the bomb and i just "escort" them and kill anyone i see.

If i ever do get the bomb i usualy run as fast as i can to the place. I try to catch the team off guard.

It depends on how good my team is.

If they're good, then I defend the bomber. If we're bad, I tend to focus on choke points within the map, and take out their bomber/defenders, and then grab the bomb myself, and make a run for our planting point in a way that they may not expect.

I've actually been playing quite a bit of Sabotage lately, it's pretty fun!

Though I learned the hard way that you can kill yourself with your own airstrike, which I don't like!

Usually I avoid the bomb and clear out the other team but I plant the bomb when I can. I always try to defuse the sucker.

Sometimes I treat the 20 minutes as 20 minutes to get as many kills as possible and go for 40 or 50 kills. But there is no greater feeling than planting/defusing the bomb.

pfff i never touch the bomb unless there is 2 minutes left in the match. i usually try and go the full 20 minutes for maximum kills. i hate people that plant early

that's a little extreme.

@ devious: that's a double-sided coin. The way I see it, if a team is so wrapped up in kills, that they can't play defense, they deserve to have the bomb planted. if you want to kill a bunch of people - just go play FFA. Sure it's 20 minutes, but its not like the rate of kills is higher.

personally, I think its amusing to put on the old extreme conditioning and juggernaut to plant the bomb in 20 seconds. Rarely does a team let you pull it off - but its funny when they do.

Guess there are two schools when it comes to sabotage - one side that wants to use it as a kill fest, and those who are all about the objective. Both are fine, but I think the latter will usually defeat the former.

My style for sabotage - I usally don't race straight for it. I hang back a little bit close to the mid-point, and see where guys are defending on the other side. It's better to know where they are going to be, then get killed and not know.

I never grab the bomb, you give too much attention to youself, I just get kills and try to cover my team.

when i play with my clan members and we are pretty good. normally if someone tries to plant we will kill them. we are pretty good at controlling the game to the way that we want. i hardly even care if we lose i just want kills Evil
