Ok so I apologise if this has been mentioned before..

But does anyone elso just love the feeling of blasting some unsuspecting enemy with a shotgun?

I started to use them today with UAV & Dead Silence and got loads of supprise kills!

Turn the corner and BOOM, enemy down!

Love it.

I was on Vacant by the way! Grin

I like that combo too... i dont use it that often tho. i just dont like the guessing of whether or not that first shot will kill.

Shotties and snipers are my least used weapons. You don't get a lot of versatility out of them.

While TOTALLY owning with shotties is nice, I wouldn't recommend going into battle with only that and a pistol. That's what overkill is for!

Usually if I'm going to use a UAV jamming shotgun setup I use steady aim over dead silence to compensate for the lesser damage without stopping power.

So yeah, shotguns are nice. I only use them for stealth really since sub machine guns don't seem to cut it for me if I come up agaisnt another sub machine gun user except he's packing stopping power... but to tell the truth I don't really like shotguns, too restrictive. Atleast with other weapons you can compensate there weaknesses (range) with burst fire and player skill.

W1200 with grip, UAV Jammer and Extreme Conditioning can dominate any map. At Crossfire its fun to sprint down to where the other team starts and take them all out before they even start getting into their positions.
