I read somewhere that the bank doesn't actually pay interest like it says. Should i withdraw my money?

I don't remember putting 1933 gold in the bank...so it may well have been fixed.

But if it hasn't, I don't see any reason to withdraw your money, it's no better in your pocket than it is in the bank.
