WHEN I GET TO MY LOBBY IT SAYS SETTING UP GAME SETTING AND THEN STAYS LIKE THAT WANT DO U I DO TO FIX THAT    story mode works fine so the disc is fine                        i am on my 3 perdistage why is it missing up now       i play on the ps3     no wireless  conecntion

What you need to do is turn off your internet for awhile (unplug the router). Then, turn off your console. Next, wait for some time. Then restart your router and wait until the internet is working fine, and the cable light is on. Then start up the console. If this doesn't work, then I don't know what to do. This process fixed it for me because occasionally my power goes out (I have a very old house).
