About site activity, and updates on the way.

We have hit a new milestone today... 500,000 page views, 600 members in our forums and over 8000 posts since around Jan. 29th, 2008, when the site launched. Thanks to everyone that has been visiting the site, and contributing! This would not be possible without you. I am going to keep at it and keep updating the site with everything I have been talking about. The AK74 u http://www.cod4central.com/cod4-weapons-ak74u.php and M40A3 http://www.cod4central.com/cod4-weapons-m40a3.php finally have their in-depth stats added. Thanks again to Dariuka for getting these out of the game files. I am now going to be adding a new guide, as well as a few other things. More updates on the way.

Congratulations to the site though, those are some big numbers for only being up a few months I think!

Also I am taking requests for sections on the site. If after browsing through the site you still have not found what you want, the information you did find did not work for you or you just have an idea, please let me know how I can make the site better, because I am constantly updating it, and with peoples feedback, it really helps.

Thanks again for visiting CoD4Central. Heres to another 500,000 hits!

Update: The MP5 guide is almost done, should be up soon. I will post an update when it is.

A thousand credits to the thousandth member maybe? Perhaps give them a title/icon that says "1000"

Could do the same for 5k/10k/50k/100k/500k/1mil (That is, a 1000 credits for each of them, not 10k for the ten thousandth.) Just an idea.

What do you mean "Do we need all these people"? What are you suggesting we do? Delete hundreds of accounts? Tongue

Just because they don't post, that's not to say they don't read the forums or visit the site regularly. By making an account they're showing support for the site, even if we don't get to hear from them.

Wow, that is a lot of views...

Some people don't post, but they read and look at the forums.

I like the awards thing too. "Mr 1000" or "1k" would be in their custom title.

Y'know I was just scanning the stats and realised that we're getting around double the posts on the forums per day than in the entire month of February. Now that's progress.
