Tryarch does not suck! they are a darn good gaming company! If you haven't heard the graphics in COD4 will be the same in COD5 (with is 60 fpm) 

And if your going to say they suck at least spell it right... Tongue

If IW made CoD 1 and 2, why did Tryarch made CoD 3 anyway?

Treyarch made CoD3 so they could give IW some time to make CoD4
CoD:WaW will probably be like that as well with CoD6 being made by IW
