Sniper of your choice
USP .45 not silenced

Claymores
Stopping Power
Iron Lungs

Smoke

Except if you use the Drag then switch SP for UAV Jammer because dragonov isn't affected by SP.

Different Strokes for Different Folks!

It's personal preference.  Find one that your comfortable with.  If you don't know then just try each one out. 

But remember some golden rules.

Dragunov isn't affected by Stopping Power. 
M21 has very minimal recoil when ACOG'd or not holding breath. 
Holding breath increases recoil.
M40A3 w/ ACOG is pretty much one hit kill everywhere.  (Few exceptions.  Juggernaut, shooting through stuff, and if you manage to hit a toe or pinky finger.)
.50 cal is loud as a mutha.  So, just the sound might keep people weary from running out in the open. 

The key is to use what you are comfortable with.  Unless going for GOLD.  Then suffer through the ones you don't like.
