I have 5 classes that I use, based on Jester's team tactics guide.
Team Leader/Sniper
Dragunov Red Tiger (I find it better for scouting enemy positions)
G36c silenced
Smoke Grenade
Claymores
Overkill
Iron Lungs
Assault: I generall use this class for short to medium distance maps such as vacant and showdown
M4 Carbine with iron sights
M1911.45
Stun Grenade
Bandolier
Stopping Power
Steady Aim
Assault 2: I generally use this class for short to longer range maps such as pipeline, district etc due to the lack of movement when aiming down the sights
G36c with red dot sight
M1911.45
Stun Grenade
Bandolier
Stopping Power
Steady Aim
Ghost:
M4 with silencer
M9 with silencer
Stun grenade
Bomb Squad
UAV jammer
Steady aim
Heavy Gunner:
RPD with red dot sight

I combined the team leader and sniper classes, as i find that a team leader with a sniper works better than with a non sniper, and it is a good sniper class as well due to the silenced G36c if i get attacked

Secondary: Any Pistol, I use USP .45
Perk 1: Frag x3 or Special Grenade x3 (whatever you use more)
