Wheee! New (spam) topic by me.
Idea's for new perks:
Mines x2
(Like Claymores but weaker and takes longer to plant and invisible unless Bomb)
Anit-Air Missles x2
(for heli's and 1-HKO but weaker against Humans)
Dual Wield
(Carry 2 primary weapons at once, reloading takes 2x as long, removes pistol, L1 is left gun, R1 is right, can only fire from hip.)
Comunication Jammer
(enemys team chat is interupted a bit)
Bouncing Feet
(Increased jump)

Mines seem redundant with claymores, AA would make RPGs redundant considering killing heli's is their strength, Comm Jam sounds interesting, though I could see that being a 10-kill-streak reward rather than a perk.
Increased jump...no, people already use jumping to avoid fire, the server's would be full of bunnyhoppers if that happened. Not to mention the glitches you can achieve in "old school" mode because of higher jumping.
Dual Wield I could see being a 1st perk, that gives you 2x pistols and 1.5x the ammo, you'd have the ability to zoom with them taken away and right clicking would fire the second pistol (I assume left+right trigger/shoulder buttons would achieve the same?). I think you might have to restrict it to the M9, .45 USP and M1911 only though. Dual wield desert eagles would just be too much.
Apart from that, I think IW should concentrate on making the un-used perks more appealing first.

How about a perk that reduces recoil on all guns? I know there are already grips for LMG's, but a perk that reduced the recoil on all guns would be quite good. Maybe it could be called something like "Steel Arm" or "Steady Strength". I'm not very good with names

Dual D.Eagle would only have 14 bullets and for reloading takes twice as long, so.
Something with a 10 kill streak like a Tank (or something in that way) would be pretty awesome (SHIPMENT OMGLOLWTFHAHA)
I came up with Bionic Arm but it sounds a bit robotic, but the Idea's good.

There's already steady aim, I don't think they'd do one for scoped recoil as well..

True, but the desert eagle is a two-shot-kill, this would make it instagib at close range, as well as firing more shots and faster than an auto shotgun...I just don't think it'd work, or rather...it would work too well.

How about sacrificing Perk 2 (because it has the most useful perks in combat) for another of Perk 1 or 3. Then we can make a true "bomber" class (c4/claymores AND bomb squad.)
It won't work the other way though because two perk 2's would be too strong.

How about a perk that actually lets you run
faster
(not longer like Extreme Conditioning) for a limited period of time?
Not a perk... but what about a laser sight? Maybe not a great idea as it would give you away....
Maybe something to decrease explosion damage? (like Juggernaut but only works with explosions... maybe you would have sheilding for say one 'nade blast). In teamplay you just get absolutely spammed with 'nades sometimes.... craziness! It would soften the cheapness of martyrdom, too...

I'm not sure if it'd be a perk or attachment, but possibly one that puts double the bullets in your gun?
60 in an M4, 8 in a X1014, 14 in a desert eagle...you'd spawn with twice the usual ammo in the gun but you'd have the same amount as usual aside from that.
I'm thinking a red perk..not sure how balanced a double clip attachment + double tap would be..

Love it, thanks! Maybe the "Run Rabbit Run" perk if you are fan of Rob Zombie films...
"Boom No Hurt" might also work... or the "No Knife Me" perk...
