Anti-Recoil would still be a good Perk 2/3.

Silencers for snipers is a great idea and not sure why they have added it yet. 
Silencer would take up either perk 1 or 2 for a sniper, and would require 75 kills to unlock, while the ACOG takes 25.  They should also add an adjustable zoom scope for 150 kills that will all you to magnify different levels for a more comfortable sniping experience.  Snipers would not be overpowered because of the silencer taking perk 1 or 2.  They will lose claymores, stopping power, or UAV jammer.  It would greatly increase sniping as a fun part of the game.  Any ideas on this new idea?

somebody said something about that being overpowerd and i have to agree.

a sniper would be almost invisible (especially in hardcore)

i mean think about it.

ghillie suit, UAV jammer, silenced sniper also silencers reduce flash muzzels so the fire sight would be harder to see and if on hardcore NO KILLCAM

so... yea that would be sorta overpowerd

and replacing perks? why?

if it replaces UAV jammer. i guess thats better but still

also replacing perks is sorta... meh...

does silencers for any other guns replace perks? i say keep snipers the way they are!

a perk that gives you the ability to wave somthing like acog and silencer or a silencer for the sniper

i hate the communication jammer because , no one use it because stopping power is better and when you are talking with your friends you can't hear a shit.

yeah no actually use the headset for tactics most of the time so its a bit useless

Perk1= Dual pistol no main weapon L1 for gun on left and R1 for gun on right only hipfire and reload time X1.5 no knife hits them with the gun on left while the other still shoots and the melee is needs to hits so melee and shot once with other gun for a kill nades take longer to throw

What about a Proximity Transmiter that detects motion in a radius or in an arc.

You set it somewhere, and then run back to your teammates. When enemies approach the area where you set it, it transmits realtime data so that all your allies can see on their HUD. Useless on HC.

Possibly a mountable camera as well...

Idea's for new perks:
Mines x2 (Like Claymores but weaker and takes longer to plant and invisible unless Bomb)
Anit-Air Missles x2 (for heli's and 1-HKO but weaker against Humans)

Dual Wield (Carry 2 primary weapons at once, reloading takes 2x as long, removes pistol, L1 is left gun, R1 is right, can only fire from hip.)
Comunication Jammer (enemys team chat is interupted a bit)

Bouncing Feet (Increased jump)

bouncing feet ... why cant u just get adapted to Old School???

I don't know if it's been suggested, but there are times I'd kill for a stinger SAM x 1 to take out the helo.  Perk 1 would be the best fit.

I'm not sure if it has been mentioned, but maybe a perk that speeds up defuse and arm times for bombs in S&D, or capture and destroy times for HQ and Domination..  I guess it would be useless in team deathmatch playlists, but still pretty cool.  I happened to play CS at my friends house and the defuse kit is what brought this idea up.
