I've got a ton, some that would make sense, others that are just crazy.
Kill-cam jammer: good for snipers.
Arms of steel: reduces recoil on any gun.
Sop-Mod Package: must reach level 55, can only be used on ONE class, lets you put a nade launcher, red dot and a silencer on ONE assault rifle.(great on m4).
Silenced m-21.: not a perk, but if you get 200 kills with it you can put on a silencer.

Ok, the first one i thought from the begining of the MP game. Laser Pointer Attachments, useable on all guns except for snipers, shottys, and LMG, 500 Kills on a gun to get it, and it comes with red dot sight.

Then, SOPMOD from the Single player game, it included, red dot sight, laser, and grenade launcher.

I have milions of ideas like: Charrictor Camoflauge, that would be perk 3.

Class name:Assult
Weapon: AK47
Attachment:Grenade Launcher

Perk 1:Weapon Attacthment
Perk 2: Sleight of hand
Perk 3: Dead Silence
Notes:Very good class good at S&D and at HS&S good all around,

Dead Silence: you can run around no on can hear you

Sleight of hand: used all of your bullets need some more bullets quick well Sleight of hand dose the job

Grenade Launcher: S&D good at start of matches or down corridors


So basically it is a good class Smiley

get two machine guns with dual wield and spam the enemy to death. I like it, though a bit unlikely. Steady would be crucial

ive got one it really isnt a perc or stuff but i dont no where to put it

before a match you have 20-30 secs to choose what clothes you wear it would be usefull

Wheee! New (spam) topic by me.  Grin
Idea's for new perks:
Mines x2 (Like Claymores but weaker and takes longer to plant and invisible unless Bomb)
Anit-Air Missles x2 (for heli's and 1-HKO but weaker against Humans)

Dual Wield (Carry 2 primary weapons at once, reloading takes 2x as long, removes pistol, L1 is left gun, R1 is right, can only fire from hip.)
Comunication Jammer (enemys team chat is interupted a bit)

Bouncing Feet (Increased jump)


 Dual weilding is more Halo 3 style. Besides, I don't think any sensible soldier would go into battle trying to dual weild weapons. Other than that they're pretty good ideas.

how about a new type of grenade? say an incendiary? that would make this game a bit more interesting...

incendiarys  x2

thermal vision (for sniper rifles)

throwing knives  Cheesy (hahaha)

threat detection (if an enemy has you in their sights, their "red dot" on the UAV blinks or changes colors. this will create more of a challenge for snipers)

anti-camper (if you camp in one place for more than 1 minute, your "red dot" will show on the radar with or without a silencer)

bipod-attachment (this will increase prone accuracy)

stun survivor (reduces stunned time)

flash survivor (reduces flashed time)

these are just some ideas my brother and I have come up with for us to talk about

oh! or you could have a perk called

Flag Carrier (this will allow you to carry your teams flag with you in domination, but you can only have a pistol out, this will be perk slot two because you can only have a pistol out, which is the secondary weapon slot, and some smart people would put overkill on and have an assault rifle out.)

or...

engineer (this perk will allow you to rig cars to explode, you only have one, and will take the spot of perk slot one)
