they need to have the decentagration grenades or something that just breaks the body down and they continuously loose health if they are within a 10 foot range of it or something
and i know this doesnt belong in here but when you get shot you should have a hole in your body and blood dripping from it and when you respawn its patched up or something and if you get headshotted by a sniper you stay where you are so people give you digusted looks

Using two weapons at once wouldn't be like in real war, you don't go out there with like two M4s in both hands, good luck reloading.

counter-martydom----in any game when you kill someone with martydom, it automadicly becomes yours; but it takes 51/2 sec. pirk 3
dumy heili----only onece u can, at any time u can call in a fake heili that shots, but they don't do damige and stays until its shot down..... takes away air strike/ real heili pirk1

An INcrease Movement speed would be good
Also a perk that reduces muzzleflash, not noise but the flash.

Freak Out (Perk 2)
Sends you in to an unstoppable rampage, but eventually kills you.
Gives you 3x health and unlimited sprint for 30 seconds, after which you die. Also gives you constant red screen, and a lot more sway on your crossheir.

I like the freak out perk idea...kind of.
It would make you SO beast. Hah.
I think one of the original perks that they cut just bnefore release shouldnt have been cut, it let you tag people on UAV whether they had UAV jammer or not. Used up slot two.

Perk Slot 1 - Bomb Diffuser - Allows you to approach and defuse Claymore/C4 Explosives without triggering them. Takes 3 seconds to defuse. Unlocked at Captain II (Rank 33).
Perk Slot 2 - Silent Snipers - Allows you to attach a Silencer to Sniper Rifles. Some might say this is overpowered, but since it has to replace Stopping Power/UAV Jammer, I think it works out just as well. Unlocked at Lieutenant Colonel (rank 37).
Perk Slot 3 - Knife Throw - Allows Aiming and throwing of Knife. After thrown, can no longer use Knife. Unlocked at First Lieutenant (rank 28).

Ok, after reading all these great (and not-so-great) ideas, I have compiled a list of the perks, not that should be patched into COD4, but ship with COD5 (not COD: WaW, COD5 is reserved for IW). Here it goes:
Perk 1:
Bomb Squad(NEW): Only able to see explosives that are in your line of sight(you could see something hidden in grass), ability to defuse C4, claymores, and Sabotage/ SnD bombs 20% faster.
Don't have a name for this- You can pick locks to get into secret rooms. After you picked the lock, anyone can get in. Lock picking takes 5 secs.
Tripwire x4- You get 4 tripwires to put infront of doors.
Camera x2- You have 2 cameras that you can install. Video feed would show up in HUD, and decrease the map size to make room.
Attachment x2- You get a second attachment, takes the place of perk 3.
Perk 2:
Sleeves of Kevlar: You take limited limb damage.
Comm. Jammer: Instead of jamming the voice chat, all things requiring radio transmission on the opponents frequency will be blocked within 100 ft(ie. C4, Air support).
Perk 3:
Spider Crawl: You can go 50% faster while prone.
Track Star: You can run 30% faster, but you can only run 90% as long.
Ninja: Your knife has 20% longer range, and you recover 30% faster.
These are some other things that I, personnaly would like to see. Wooden stock on M40A3, nickel plated M1911, other color options on some pistols, customizable characters, and a couple more camos for PW's and more golden guns, the AK-74u could definitely be golden!
