More of a support system than a perk, but how about toxic nerve gas.  When you get like 15 or 20 kill streaks you should be able to release some nerve gas that will kill every enemy on the level instantly.  You and your teammates will be immune.

 That's sounds way overpowered. What if the toxic gas is deployed like a smoke grenade and killed anyone caught within the gas. They'd of course have a chance to escape the gas, because it takes about 3 seconds to kill you.

well make it on 25th kill streak, and you will meat it were rarely

What about tank support? Heli drops down a tank which absolutly wrecks people. Take it down like the heli but since it is grounded it'd have more health. It'd have to be a sickly long streak to get. 20 or more?  Tongue

These may not be perks but this is what I would want for kill streaks.

3   UAV
5   Air Strike
7   Helicopter
10   Attack Dogs (Releases about 10 dogs that kill if they bite you)
15   Enhanced UAV (Like in suddon death Sabotage)
20   Artillery Strike (A more precise air strike with 5 shots)
25   Nuke (A bomb that kills everyone not in a building)

These are the perks I think should have been in this game.
I know most are the same.

Perk 1

C4 X2            2 remote detonated explosives
Special Grenades X3      3 flash, stun, or smoke
RPG X2            2 rocket propelled grenades
Clamore X2         2 trip activated explosives
Frag X3            3 frag grenades
Bandolier            extra ammo
Bomb Squad         ability to see and difuse explosives
Mine X2            2 trip activated mines
AT4            1 direct fired missle

Perk 2

Stopping Power         Increased bullit damage
Juggernaut         Increased health
Sleight of Hand         Faster reloading
Double Tap         Faster rate of fire
Overkill            2 primary weapons no pistol
UAV Jammer         Undetectable on enemy UAV
Sonic Boom         Increased explosive damage
Attachments X2         2 attachments for primary weapon
Coms Jammer         Enemy can't hear anouncements

Perk 3

Extreme Conditioning      Increased sprinting time
Steady Aim         Increased hip fire accuracy
Last Stand         Pull out your pistol before dieing
Martyrdom         Drop a live grenade when you die
Deep Impact         Deeper bullit penatration
Iron Lungs         Longer breath for steadier sniper shots
Tactician            Dead Silence and Eavsdrop
Kill Cam Jam         Prevents enemies from seeing their death
Medic            Regenerate health faster

You Don't Need AA, Because You Just Shoot Down Helicopters With Mounted Machine Guns ( Turrets )

Communication Jammer Could Make It Be Broken Up.

Instead Of AA Use A Stinger Like In The Bog Mission.

Tracer Could Be A Perk Where When The Enemy Talks Into The Headset, He Shows Up On Radar, But UAV Jammer Prevents This.

perk2 or 3 overkill last stand so u can hold a machine gun when in last stand
perk 2 unlimted ammo only when u get 2 10th prestige

Way to much glitching would be involved there.

For a perk one, Ghillie suit would be godly. I love it! In fact, it makes me want to mod it into the game........ Evil

For the Marine maps or the ones in cities like crossfire, it could be colored like dead grass.

I would so use it for stealth.

I like the communaction jammer.
ye same. the communication jammer looks good. one od my ideas is monkey boy... the ability to climb trees, vines, moss on houses and all that =-)

no it's cool in ground war if you play on a map where's no one insite a building , you have 9 kills .
or in hardcore TDM you kill al your friends:P including yourself
