Here we'll discuss, debate and throw around ideas concerning tactical implementation and strategies within the PS3 clan. This is all in the name of improving and refining our teamwork.

Our aim will be to catalogue the best points discussed and developed here, work them into our game and if successful, include the relevant material in a sort of [C4C] Tactical handbook. This piece of work will be ever growing and always up for change, with our aim to constantly improve upon ourselves.

My goal is to have a comprehensive index on all things game-related, a plan for all game types, neigh, multiple plans for all game types, written descriptions of what each role within our clan will involve and what we will expect of each member (I look to the Vets, Officers and skilled members to provide us with such a service) and much, much more.

*Note, only established Soldiers and above may contribute here. If you've never played with the clan you will have no idea what you are talking about.

So, what's on your mind?

What about Movement patterns in some maps ??
Like in overgrown, if we got a 6 man team, we could do a pincer move, where we could split up in to 2 TT's and go each way, and meet the enemy both sides, and if we succed totally crush em.

Here's my idea for sabotage:

Offensive:
1) Assault players - get the bomb and bring it to the approperate destination. Other assault players cover the bomb holder.

2) Heavy gunners - cover the bomb holder at all costs. Also, preventing the enemy from getting the bomb.

3) Spec Ops - flank enemies before reaching the bomb. Also covering possible routes to where the bomb holder may be going.

4) Snipers - preventing the enemy from getting he bomb, covering our bomb post, and providing additional support for the assault team.

Defensive:
1) Assault players - track down the bomb and take out who's holding it.

2) Heavy gunners - same as assault players/support assault players

3) Spec Ops - flank bomb holder and camp at possible routes. Protect bomb post. Prevent reinforcements.

4) Snipers - protect bomb post. Prevent reinforcements.

That's a great idea. Would be pretty effective and prevent the enemy from moving foward. They'd be essentially cornered.

I like it, though I would say it would be the Spec Ops's job to track down the bomb carrier when defensive and the Assaulters job to prevent the enemy pushing forward whilst killing as many enemies as possible. The Heavy Gunners most important job would be to protect the post at all costs, though he will of course back up the Assaulters as much as possible.

I found out on bigger maps thats its easier to trick the enemy if 1 person goes ahead of the rest to draw the enemy  out. kind of a scout.  and if that 1 guy makes noise they will come allowing spec ops to push forward.  On smaller maps I would send heavy gunners first to clear areas out.

These are some great ideas guys. How about we break up the roles in sabotage like this:

2 assault players
1 heavy gunner
2 Spec Ops
1 Sniper

How's that sound?

What if we organize the different perks of our members?  Like which person would have claymores, c4, RPGs, etc..

That's the problem.....which I have no solution to. I hope Cyn has the answer.

Or, we make use of who we have. We can devolop a strategy before hand in the lobby.

lol I guess. One thing is sure each classes should do their job, As for the perks...well yeh it works fine with me too. I even have an assault class with claymores LOLs random uh? loll

anyways im in, but you guys gotta know thats its hard to organize those kind of things. I might even say that we might be not succeding all the time. lol but oh well sounds like fun. I guess im gonna stick to the assault player all the time when playing with C4C

Solution:  In a party of 6 the top ranking member will be the ultimate judge on who does what.  none of this is really set in stone.  the roles are just so we know what you are good at. this is all made to be more organized!  Problem Solved.
