I have been looking around the single player levels for any kind of easter eggs that maybe Infinity Ward put in but haven't had any luck..

Anyone encounter any?

I know there's a knife that sticks out of one of the big rocks on Bloc. Not sure where it is exactly though. I suppose many people already know this.
