Now I know there are a ton of guides out there, but this is my own, and though it took a bit of time, all methods do. You have to deal. I found it worked for me after trying really hard, you might need to modify some things to fit your benefits. But the more guides out there the better, choose the one that works for you. Here are mine. My Mile High Club method took a lot of time, yes, but the One Shot One Kill method took maybe 3-5 tries. A lot less than if you actually try standing up to the mob. So I hope they work for you. If you need help then just reply to this, and as soon as I see it I will reply back.

One Shot, One Kill:
For One Shot, One Kill this worked for me. I found it on YouTube and modified it a bit, better now in my opinion, works wonderfully. Put down Cap. MacMillan on the spot, then go over to the big spot with the merry-go-round or whatever. There will be a little booth near one of the corners close to the edge of the map. Place claymores all around that corner, and some C4 near those for bigger explosions when they go off. Make sure to space them out though, because they don't explode immediately, so if they are too close together multiple will go off. Then run over to the snowy part will all of the trees. There will be a tree that is forked at the very bottom, go over there and hit the floor completely. There will be a few crackles and pops because of the nearby radiation, but not nearly enough to kill you. Wait for them to come, and your claymores will take out a lot, they come is large squads. Try to make your shots count, as reloading can be deadly if there are too many. When you think the squad has ended, which might come from doing this method several times, reload. This only took me 2 or 3 tries, and I'm not even that good. Go pick up Captain MacMillan and you will have a lot of hp. Yes you probably will get shot at but just chill, keep going, don’t let the red circle get to you. Get on the helicopter, get some sick air snipes, and gratz, you're done with One Shot, One Kill.

Mile High Club:
Now I'm not all that great, and this took time, but it worked. So knife the bathroomer. Pull out the pistol and take out the shotgunner as quickly as you can. Sprint to the end of that room and make sure to look right, there will most likely be a guy there. Pop him with pistol, and if the shotgun is available, switch it out for the pistol. Crouch down now. Usually a guy will sprint in front of the door and not see you, pop him. Reload until  you have at least a few shots a walk out to hide behind the chairs in the middle. Toss a flash at the light above, when you hear the boom, go left. Take care of anyone in your way, but if they are not, do not waste the ammo. Your teammates will be right behind you to finish them. Go left, and hide crouching behind the chairs. You should have around 35-40 seconds here, if not you're going too slow. Reload the shotgun, and throw a flashbang at the right aisle up ahead about the time you hear the big boom from the hull breach. Switch to MP5. Now this is the hardest part. Take the right aisle, there will probably be a guy there, kill him. People will be coming down the stairs and hiding behind the chairs, which makes it hard. Spam the chairs if you know there are people there, but make sure to save some ammo for the people coming down the stairs. Toss a flash up the stairs to the right at the top, then go up to the left and crouch behind the chairs. Reload MP5. Spam both sides of the middle wall up ahead a little, but make sure to keep some ammo for a kill or two. When you walk through, check to see if there's anyone left in the room. Sometimes a guy will try to run into the next compartment, he can cause trouble over there so try to get him. Switch to shotgun now, as you don't have time to reload. Pick up the flashbangs on the table and toss one in, try to get it to land at the end of the chairs but so that the people in the aisle can see, it's very hard to do. If you think you have time chuck two, but make sure you hide behind the wall so you don't see them. Run through, kill anyone in your way, bypass the others. As you're making the turn, there will be a guy or two, spam your last shotgun shots and you should take them down. Pulling your knife out of his body will take too long and on Veteran the second will kill you. Sprint to the end, and seeing as you have four seconds, sprint closer to the guy. Either get an easy headshot at close range or knife him, either works. Gratz, you're done. I'd recommend going into the back room to look at the posters on the wall, some are quite funny. Then sky-dive out, and gratz. Hope this helps.

No, it's more dedication. You figure out what is best for you, and you work at it over and over. If mine doesn't work for you, then find another or try it out yourself. I figured out this one myself. Perhaps if the shotgun doesnt appeal to you, kill the guy on the right after the bathroomer and take his P90.

I hate when the first guy on the left's shotgun has no ammo. ive tried a couple of guides from here in the last couple days, but the closest i ever got was the hallway right before the VIP where you turn left. just gotta try harder, i guess.

Yes, Mile High club really requires you to just dedicate yourself to it and figure out what works for you. However unless you are completely incapable of sniping the One Shot One Kill guide should work in 5 tries or less.

And wow, thanks Xplosiv! for the comments and for the pin, woohoo! xD

All good tips. Shooting the terrorist can be a bit difficult, two things here. With like one second left on the timer he will completely expose his head for an easy headshot, but what I like to do is slo-mo sprint up beside him and take an easy headshot.
